1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Theja Sree Ladies PG platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Theja Sree Ladies PG is a product deployed under CSEDGE Pulse, a wing of CSEDGE. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Theja Sree Ladies PG provides a comprehensive property management system specifically designed for Paying Guest (PG) and hostel accommodations. The service includes tenant management, billing, inventory tracking, and a public storefront builder.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Trials

Theja Sree Ladies PG is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

14-Day Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial strictly for users who register directly. Any person who registers using a referral code cannot avail the 14-day free trial and must submit payment upfront.

Refunds: CSEDGE maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is processed, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CSEDGE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
